To use the OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Original Foaming Cleanser: -Pump desired amount of foam onto a clean, lint-free cloth, pad or fingertip. -Close eye and gently cleanse lid using side-to-side strokes. Do not touch eye directly. -Rise thoroughly. Repeat for the other lid. Ingredients: Water, PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate SodiumTrideceth Sulfate Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine PEG-150 Distearate Sodium Lauroamphoacetate Sodium Laureth-13 Carboxylate Sodium Chloride 1,2 Hexanediol Caprylyl Glycol Polyaminopropyl Biguanide Potassium Sorbate PEG-15 Cocopolyamine For OCuSOFT Dry Eye Mask Basic: -Microwave mask for 20 seconds. To increase heat, add an additional 5 seconds. DO NOT exceed 30 seconds. -Always touch test before placing over your closed eyes. If the mask feels too hot, wait 1-2 minutes before applying it. -Apply for 10 minutes or as prescribed by your doctor. If reused within 30 minutes, reduce the heating time by half. -For best results, clean eyelids with OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Eyelid Cleanser after use to remove any oil, debris or other contaminants. -Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to create cold therapy for allergy eye relief.
