Tie Dye Steps
First: Wet the scrunchies with cool water and wring it out
Second: Use the small hair bands to tie the scrunchies as you like
Third: Drip your favorite dye
Fourth: Let it stand for 5-10 minutes to allow the dye to penetrate into the fabric
Fifth: Put it in a sealed bag and store for more than 24 hours
Sixth: Take out and wash it several times, wring it out and air it
