To use it, part your hair to expose a section of your scalp and apply the pre-shampoo treatment directly onto the scalp — make sure your hair is dry before application — working from the top of the section downward. Repeat this process across 5-6 different areas of the scalp to ensure even coverage. Then, use the pads of your fingers to gently massage the product into the entire scalp and hair roots to ensure even distribution. This can be a relaxing self-care step — take a moment to unwind while the treatment works its magic. Leave it on for at least 15 minutes; you can also leave it on for 2-3 hours if that’s more convenient. Some people prefer to apply it before bed and wrap their hair with a towel to avoid staining the pillowcase — then simply rinse it off in the shower the next morning. One bottle can usually be used for about 8-12 applications. You may use it before every hair wash, or 1-2 times per week depending on your scalp’s condition.
